I wanted to take a minute to write a review for Burgess. From the moment I called, James was friendly and available to answer my questions. I was moving during a very busy time and luckily they had a day to accommodate my move. Mike, Ryan, and Edgar showed up ready to work! For what was a very overwhelming and stressful task for me they made it clear that they were there to help and said, “we want you to relax, we’ll get everything then care of”. Those words alone allowed me to keep everything in perspective. The move itself was a little tricky, considering we were moving to a ranch and my furniture was going to multiple different areas on the property. These men worked ALL DAY! I was so grateful for them! I can’t imagine how tasking their job is day after day moving everybody’s furniture. It’s a physically tasking job for anyone who understands what it means to be moving and lifting things constantly! Anyways, I just wanted to give a big SHOUT OUT to this company and more importantly their staff and customer service, it was outstanding! Thank you so much! We appreciate all you did for our family!!
